It seems to me that Tumblr's culture encourages re-blogging, and perhaps micro-blogging, which results in hi-frequency-blogging :o
So for now, I've separated the hi-frequency-blogging blogs with the traditional-style-blogging blogs, opting to have the traditional-style-blogging blogs as the default.
